Very Disappointed!!
Micaela made me feel very comfortable, this was my 1st time I had my eyelashes tinted. I did this in preparation for lash extensions on Thursday. I like the results but, can't wait for my lashes.
Bought a groupon for Eyelash extensions because I read the great reviews. But worst cutomer service.!! (Im from Chicago, I know bad customer service!)They communicate via text and then send a link that was not working. After I reached out to Michaela, she pretty much told me they are to busy to make appointments via pvone. Seriously!! I'll go somewhere else. Contacted Groupon to cancel.
I have been going to Julie for 2yrs now.
Classic bait and switch. The advertised price was not honored. Poor customer service and long waits only to be met by disappointment and frustration. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.
Both Julie and Michaela are both some of the sweetest and hardworking women that I know. They truly bring the essence of a small town vibe to the salon with their caring personas and dedication to knowing their clients individually. I just had my hair done by Julie and I must say I am thoroughly delighted with my new look! I will definately be back. ❤
I have trusted her for good reasons. But a huge one is she cares! Despite the money any hair dresser will gladly take and ignore the damage Julie is not only caring but knowledgeable! She successfully took my ethnic hair from highlights to platinum over a course while keeping it as healthy as possible in the process. I have done many other colors with her and she always takes her time. She is very realistic and I believe a few of the negative comments come from costumers who care more about a achieved look then their actual hairs health! If she can cut and color and keep my ethnic curly hair great I truly would not question her skill!
