I love Western bike works and the whole team, however I am GRATEFUL for this place since it's 5 min away from my crib and to have found them.
I went there on a Saturday to buy some toe cages. They were super helpful, the parts were reasonably priced, but they really went the extra mile when I left my wallet there by accident and headed to the park to attach my cages. Someone from the shop chased me down on one of the display bikes and returned my wallet. These folks are awesome.
Went in there to get a head set bearing changed. The guy touched my chain tension which brought attention to old chain and cassette chain rings. Had to redo my whole drive train due to it's old age and wear and tear. They was trying to help but my bike was making more complications than solutions due to ruining my cassette from running old chain old cassette. I took bike in and found rookie errors in my buddies shop he called it lol. Voloce,made up for it ,tuning up my bike, trueing my rims ect. I had to still take links out to make fit chain traction performance occur. But they are awesome listened to me and I always talk allot when I'm stressed especially around new people. Love these guy's. They do the best to make you not lose your happiness high of biking. I'm Aztec dancer Beaverton. I know all that effort and staying longer at work would of been way higher than 10 bucks and it made my day!
The shop guys were friendly and helpful when I bought a tube for my bike and again 30 minutes later when I couldn't get the tire back on my bike by myself. I'm a happy customer.

I didn't want to go far to my other shop and was devastated from thinking I had to pay tons for my clicking and stuff going on my bike which is my life and ONLY commute!
Hands down recommend them beacuse I now know that these guys won't screw me over so...
Brent only charge me 10$ for tightening my brakes and test riding my bike and doing quite a bit for a bunch of other stuff...
