Antonio was very helpful and resourceful, he did not pressure us, but rather give us time and let us explore our options to best fit our business needs. Lisa was great with my husband and I. We walked onto the lot with a list of trucks that we were interested in. Lisa took the time to drive us to another lot, walked us through the lot and took us on test drives for all trucks on our list. In the end we bought the truck she drove us to the other lot in. She was knowledgeable in stock and what would work for us and meet our requirements as well. In the end this experience with Lisa and the dealership she is at was the best experience we have ever had. I would go back to Lisa if I find my self in need of another vehicle. Definitely would recommend Lisa to friends and family.
All in all my experience at Carr was not that bad. Alex was helpful but lacks experience. I am very happy with my purchase and I feel I got a good deal according to market value on my purchase. The biggest reason I lowered the star rating is due to the fact that I had to walk around the lot and building to find a salesman to help me. When I found one there was a group of 4 of them all huddled around a desk looking at something on a computer screen. I would have walked away from the dealership but After searching for a month online, Carr was the only dealer with the model I wanted to buy.
Everyone always says buying a car from a car dealership is stressful and all car salesman are awful. However, when you buy a vehicle from Carr Nissan it is a fun experience and they truly have your best interest in mind. They won’t pressure you to buy. They make sure the numbers really work for you. The team at Carr Nissan is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and genuine! Best car dealership and best sales people in the Northwest. Defiantly buy your next car here!
I rarely leave reviews, but this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer. I went to Carr with my own financing and Lisa, our saleswoman listened to what I was looking for in a new truck. She drove us around to other lots, let me test drive different trucks and made recommendations base on our needs. She was very patient with me and in the end got us into a perfect truck. There finance guy got the truck to a reasonable price with warrenty coverage and we drove out absolutely happy. Like there motto says 'Go by Carr' of your looking for a new vehicle and ask for Lisa!
