I contacted them through their website which is very nicely made. I had a big project my wife and I used them for our electrical services. I was searching the web for good electricians in the Portland area and no other company would answer me or give me decent bids. Everyone else was quoting me high unreasonable prices but I finally narrowed it down with Star Electrical service. They came out assessed our project, within a day or two gave us the estimate for quote, and then they went ahead and scheduled us. I recommend contacting them as early as you can because they seem to be very booked.
The workers were really respectful with my home environment and made sure to keep everything clean and tidy up after they finished .
they won me over and I'll be seeking their business soon again !
Getting Someone to come out on weekend were my only availability to have someone come out granted I paid a little extra but it was worth having their expertise and the quality of work as amazing . .

im very surprised to have found such a great Electrical company in the Tigard/Portland area that met our needs .
They came out to provide an estimate for a job that everyone else is bidding at $1,000 or less and they wanted $3,600. The estimate simply said "labor & materials" with no details of the work to be done! I called them up to see what the issue was and they said that this was because they don't know what they will find in the walls. I understand this but so do all other electricians and contractors who at least bid this reasonably. This does not speak to their quality as electricians but rather there process for bidding makes it impossible to use them. I hope they change their practice...it would get them more business.
pretty sure there a small business thats locally owned so you're actually dealing with an electrician who has worked in oregon for over 40 years or something . ITs better than dealing with other corporate companies where I can't even find someone to talk to.....
Overall great experience and I believe the owner his name is G or it starts with a G. He's a very respected electrician in the Portland area.
Called on a Wednesday to have an outlet installed in our business lobby for a large screen TV. The came two days later at noon, got the installation done quickly and properly but also inquired as to the purpose, made some recommendations to pick up a wall mount and gave me time to do so. 2 hours later - the outlet is installed and cleaned up - 5 stars for a job done promptly and properly - but not only that - the TV was also installed properly! - Bonus! 6 stars?
