Horrible experience..... Highly irresponsible management team... I had a dispute on my membership and was constantly following up to get a response. Finally when the Gym manager invited me to discuss & resolve she never showed up at given time. I dropped her an email as a follow up and no response till date.

You have to pay a 10 dollar week trial fee to check the gym out and when I approached the employee about possibly getting a refund I was told they don't do that. Most other gyms will give you a free day to see if you like it. Obviously I am disappointed and that's why I am sharing my experience as a review. Don't go here...pony up the dough for 24 hour or get less but a better experience with Crunch.

THE MEMBERSHIP WAS UNTIL THE END OF MAY; THE APP SHOULD HAVE WORKED UNTIL THE MEMBERSHIP WAS VALID.

Awesome gym! Always updating! Ask for Jessica she's Awesome!

The gym is good. The base membership price is very economical and the group classes are good. However, my recent experience with this place has been really awful.

I was a member here for the last 5 months. I notified the club on April 28, that I won't be continuing after May. I duly paid the membership for the month of May, but to my dismay, the boom fitness app, on my phone, was disabled right after I had put in the request for membership cancellation. Upon calling the club, the front desk person said, that, that was how things work. Since, I had the cancellation request put in, the app won't work, my points were forfeited and I although I had access to the gym through May, I was supposed to check-in manually every time. When I tried to reason, that since I had paid the whole amount due, I was equally entitled to receive the whole membership benefits and not in bits and pieces. And the app should work as long as I was the member. But instead of being understanding, the person was rude and wondered why was I 'arguing' with him. Thank you so much Boom Fitness. So long. I don't want your services this month ...not any time and won't be recommending you guys.

Edit: I just saw the response from the team at boom fitness. You didn't address any of what I said. I said there was only one free incline bench and one attached to the barbell. Yes they were busy. That's what happens when you have more than one person at the gym who wants to use a dumbbells and do incline bench. There were not multiple incline bench presses. That is a lie or your are mistaken. Don't misrepresent and no you're not cheaper for a trial. 24 hour fitness is free. How is 10 dollars cheaper than a free pass? You are obviously not being honest. So add lying to also being a bad gym.

Also, in the beginning first two months, I did not have the phone version to support the app and was manually checking in, till one day, someone at the desk, suddenly realized, that I could be provided with a bar code key card to check in. This is something, I should, have been provided with right when I signed up considering that I did mention that my phone at that time did not support the app.

This gym tries to do too much and doesn't do simple things well. Why is there only one free incline bench and one incline barbell bench? The ventilation is terrible. I have gone to several gyms in my life. 24 hour fitness and Crunch being two of them and they both have huge fans, because it tends to get hot in a gym with a bunch of people working out.

Me and my wife purchased several personal training sessions and the management has no concerns with respect to helping us with our situation. I have been trying to get hold of the manager seeking help but in vain. They just don't seem to care about us anymore once they got the payment! I am really disappointed with the customer service. As of this writing my issue is still unresolved... so if anyone from the management team who cares about the reputation of this facility do contact me soon before I report to Better Business Bureau within 24 hrs.
