Terrible service...waited 1/2 hour at the table after being seated...no food was brought, no word on delays ...we had part of a drink with no food until we finally got up and left...manager blocked me from leaving, saying she needed to "do a report"......we went to another restaurant nearby and were served in less than five minutes. Used to like Olive Garden but this was a terrible experience....waited 20 minutes in the lobby for a table before even sitting down on a Sunday.
We had an amazing server, His name was Nick. Very attentive and friendly. Fast to do refills and clear plates. Great servers are hard to come by these days and he was simply fantastic. Food was really good and even though they were busy, everything was fast and we were in and out of there in no time! Great little tablet for kids to play games was on the table, which kept my daughter from whining about waiting for the food. All around great experience!
Horrible food, only okay thing was the soup.
Super over priced for not nearly enough food. But our server Becca was awesome.
Lots of other dining options....mark me as one person that will not be going to Olive Garden ever again.
Hopefully what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else, but I can't recommend this place highly enough. (That is to say, this specific branch.)
Very kind and on top of making sure we had everything we needed. She is the ONLY reason they get one star, even the beeper for them to let us know to be seated was broken. Seriously the most disappointing $63.00 ive ever spent.
These guys are awesome. They made a mistake, but it was cleared up and my meal was comped. That in itself does not a five star rating make, though. The service was incredible. Friendly and fast. Good wine and excellent food.
Angelo was our waiter tonight and he was so amazing!! The food was really good as always but it makes a big difference with having such great service!! Thank you love!!
