We have hired paint contractors over the years and none of them can compare to Sisu Painting, Inc. Their communication skills are excellent at all levels within their organization to their client. Allyssa the project manager immediately answered any question we had. There were no surprises. We were informed at each step in the process. They double checked the paint we wanted and sent "large" samples, without being asked. Derek C. and his crew (Luis, Lisa, RJ and Kevin) were always on time, worked hard and cleaned the site at the end of each day. Derek and his crew masked or took off pieces that the previous painters had sprayed over. They even pulled out the old caulking, before apply new caulking! The entire team is very conscientious and careful. We were particularly grateful, when Derek pointed out where our siding was beginning to fail. One side of our house is 3 stories high and has dormers, so it is difficult to monitor what is happening to the exterior of the house. Sisu also has contractors they work with that can do repair work. Sisu will then come back and do paint touch-ups. It was an overall very pleasant experience to work with Sisu. I have hired Sisu Painting twice to paint the interior of my home. Both experiences have been excellent. This time, Frank and Juan did a great job with the rooms we hired Sisu to paint, and managed the situation easily when they needed more paint beyond what we had on hand (for one room where we had extra paint from the first time). As with our first experience, Nancy scheduled promptly after my inquiry and showed up on time and prepared to give the bid, and Cylina dropped by the site to check on how the crew was doing during the day. I really like working with Sisu; they are easy to contact and get answers to questions, worked with me on scheduling the job, and provided excellent service from start to finish.
We had Sisu paint our kitchen cabinets as well as all of the main living area of our home. We were so happy with all the work that they did. Robert Ashleigh and all the crew did great job protecting our furniture and carpets. We had new hardwood put in after the painting was done. When the floor was finished Ashleigh and Hector came back and took care of all the stain that had made its way onto our walls and woodwork. Michael and Alyssa in the office helped me with all the changes I came up with as the work was in progress.
