I think this little spot was intended for the businesses it is central to. But it's just a few minutes walk from my home and I, along with the rest of the public, enjoy it everyday.
So green and clean perfect location. Love it
Pretty park that floods during heavy rain. You can have a picnic but there isn't much else other than some benches.

Not sure how to rate a drainage park. It's a nice green space in the summer. Nothing but a few Picnic tables around the edge. It's surrounded by a bunch of corporate office rentals and the police station. The trees are pretty. There is a large culvert at each end. In the fall and winter it will be partially flooded with water and becomes Griffith Lake Park. Some ducks usually show up and swim around.
