Update, since my review I have actually been treated like a paying customer. Except when, months later I was due, but active was given an attitude as if I was trying to do something sneaky but my accessing my own stuff. I asked what she was talking about and she said as if I didn't know. Well it turns out they did send me an email two days of the first which is never been that way the whole time I've been there, even before them. I paid on the 10th for years now they say originally it was never prorated so therefore I'm late it is the first and my code was supposed to be shut off at the exit gate. They had a glitch in their system which still granted me access even though they try to lock me out of the gate. Keep in mind this is 7 days before my payments even due. Freaking rude staff
This place was originally overpriced but I was forced to stay there overtime for numerous reasons. The facility was sold to the current owners with very unhelpful staff. I requested a new bank card forgot to update them so they in turn locks me out immediately and sent me an auction letter. I didn't receive my new card in the mail. called them back and requested and opportunity to enter a new card. Over much debate they finally said yes. I have been paying every month on time through auto pay with this current company for the last 2 years (4 total). And I still receive much attitude when I walk in the door.
