The place charged me $43 on two occasions one month apart to examine me young cat. I paid for the first exam and shot. A month later a follow up shot was due. The vet spent only a few minutes. I objected to the charge but the receptionist kept repeating it is our policy. I left with the understanding that if a credit or refund we're not issued I would find another vet. I was promised a phone call but never received it. BYE BYE! Not very businesslike
They have everything for all fur feather and fin babies. Cheaper than most stores. They carry hard to find pet products. Always friendly helpful staff. They have a doggie day care, which is all glass, so you can see all the doggies play. They have an in-house vet and emergency facility. You are able to bring your dogs inside shopping with you. (cover you dogs ears....they have doggie treats at all the registers!)Great parking. Need I say more?
Normally have had great experiences at this location, but the cashier Alex was completely rude about a purchase that was on the shelf that needed a prescription (that we didn't know we needed). Ordered it from Amazon no problem. I understand working with the public can suck, but her attitude was absolutely unwarranted.
It's a good pet store. They were out of stock on something I was looking for and it's a little hard to get help. Overall, okay.
