I took my kitty Jasper in on Saturday and they were wonderful. I have used them before twice, both times when I had a cat that needed end of life treatment and they were wonderful then as well as this last time. They quickly saw ys(considering they were busy and we were seen in 30-45 minutes with no appointment) and discussed treatment. Gave me options about what could be done and I didn't feel guilted or pushed into anything which is often the case with most vets anymore. I took him home and with some medication he was so much better. The charges were very reasonable and they called the next day to see how he was doing. Only drawback is they can't be my regular vet. Great place.
We brought our geriatric family cat here and the emergency room staff was lovely. They were warm and inviting. Made sure our sleepy children were comfortable so late at night. Our girl was taken back to triage a couple minutes in and the vet was with us immediately. He thoroughly explained what he felt was happening and just was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much.
After coming here I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. The doctors, nurses, and staff are friendly and they make me feel unpressed and comforted our family. Price was good too. A+ all around. I've had pets for years and had have several emergencies, but this is the first vet I've ever liked.
We have used them twice now - once with a very sick cat and once with a rabbit with a broken leg. In both cases, they were prompt, quickly saw to the animal's comfort, explained things well, and were very caring and compassionate. The cat was hospitalized overnight, and they called us as promised as soon as they had answers. The rabbit had broken a leg for a third time and the decision was made to euthanize him rather than subject him to yet another surgery. The vet was extremely kind and allowed us the time we needed to be comfortable with making a decision and time to say good-bye. In addition to that, their prices appear to be very reasonable for emergency care.
I had to come in with my sick cat twice with in 12 hours. No charge for the 2nd exam. Both times the staff was amazing. They were friendly, understanding, and took the time to explain everything to me and help me make the best choice for my situation.
