Absolutely ridiculous. I have called no less than 8 times in 3days yet no one picks up the phone. Are they still open? I've waited 1/2 hour at a time. I did finally get ahold of the operator once. I wanted to speak with a specific dept. yet she told me they wouldn't pick up. She did take my number and told me the dept. would call me back. Of course they did not. I'm trying to see if they have a specific product. (s) because I have a 3 hour drive. I certainly don't want drive there and find it not there. Come on guys, this is a great reason to shop online, Amazon not your online.
One of staff was Asian, and he found a $25 off coupon for me. I really happy at moment whil I thanks to him. I strongly recommend this place, and all staffs were very friendly.
I came in today, frustrated because their customer service call center was incapable of helping me. I had a nice rep who I did not get the name of and a nice manager named Fernando that were both really nice and helpful. They were understanding and nice and worked with me to find a solution. I prefer this store over all others because they are really personable and helpful. 5/5 Will go back.

At customer pickup yesterday Dustin was very helpful very cheerful and I like the new location of customer pickup next to the entrance Door I definitely will be doing more business with Best Buy as I have been in the past.
