This place was highly recommended to me. A year ago we bought two large screen TV's, a Bose sound system, other equipment and paid for installation. Today one of my TV's just goes out. I call them and was told there is nothing they can do because it's one month out of warranty.. I will need to contact the manufacturer directly if I want service. This is BS! I have never been so disappointed in a place before. I have always had assistance , warranty or no warranty. i will never shop or recommend this place to anyone again!!!
