Fantastic selection of cabinet hinges! After being shocked that Home Depot only carried a paltry selection of Blum hinges I was overwhelmed and delighted by Rockler's dedicated aisle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I found what I was looking for then browsed for an extra 40 minutes. There's just so many cool wood working tools.
The people they hire are so knowledgeable. I can call and get good advise. They have a huge inventory too. Parts can be ordered.
Customer service at this store has steadily improved over time. It's now firing on all eight with a great staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and seemingly committed to delivering great customer service.
The customer service was excellent. Knowledgeable staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The staff members were present but not pushy. The store was well organized, and stocked. I was there to buy some hairpin table legs, which are hard to find in a store. Their prices are a bit steep but given that they sell more rare, highly specified items I would say they it is reasonable. The hairpin legs were priced comparable to what I could have gotten online. I asked the guy at the check out counter of they had any coupons and he was kind enough to scanned in a 15% coupon that came out in their May flyer. I in turn signed up for their emails/flyers and be a returning customer.
