I cannot believe I am the first one to post a review. Michael is a superb person. I had a pretty unusual problems with health insurance. Michael spent 7 hours with me during two days, right before Christmas! He went above and beyond to fix all problems. We spent most of the time on the phone with various institutions. He would not take no for an answer. I would say I was impressed, but that simply does not cut it.
