My wait was around 30 minutes. Be prepared to wait and also potentially be cold. I found the waiting area super cold. The customer service lady named J.C. was a delight. She helped me in a speedy manner and was super friendly. Hopefully she will be your helper and you will receive wonderful customers service as I did.

Just love waiting 2 hours to get my name changed on my SSN. People get married, people change their names, why not have an EASY process for submitting forms to get a name change instead of making people with jobs waste their time sitting in a waiting room to hand over a piece of paper! such a joke, glad to see my tax dollars at work

If they want good ratings they better step it up.

They r lucky, I wouldn't rate it.

I came on a Thursday to update my personal information. It was a typical government office, waited for about 30-40 minutes but it was quick when they started processing my request. The lady who attended to me has a pleasing demeanor, provided and assisted me in filling up the proper forms. The security guard too was kind.

Customer service is poor here if you get the wrong person. They have an inefficient system for anyone who is coming in for the first time. The kiosk itself is a simple and easy check-in system but in spite of the fact that you inform the system of exactly why you are there it simply spits out a number, doesn't let you know if you need to fill out any forms in advance. I went a second time as the wait time was excessively long the first time I went and I ran out of lunch hour, and for efficiency the next morning they had someone working the kiosk for everyone but this staff member also doesn't inform you of any forms that you could start filling out in advance. While frustrating it is understandable in that no system is perfect IF the people who then help you out with your needs don't take their frustration out on you. Without being informed that I needed to have something filled out ahead of time the man who helped me was rude and condescending about filling out a form. When I pointed out how that could be avoided in the future he suddenly did not have anything to say. Very curt throughout the process. I understand being frustrated with how things work at your job but you don't take that out on the people you are supposed to be helping, especially when you know that there are issues with how the process is set up. Make sure you know literally everything to expect and do before coming to this particular office because you may get people helping you who aren't actually going to be helpful, even when it would make their own lives easier.
