The team at the Murray location are first class and all have a very high level of professionalism. It was very busy when I came in to get my rental and they worked diligently to get through every person and treat everybody with the same respect. Everyone at this location was super friendly, and super helpful! I had never rented through Enterprise before & the employees went above and beyond my expectations & made this experience wonderful. My car was in for repairs and they completely eased the stress of the situation. I would recommend this location to anyone & give praise to the staff!!
Will not rent from this location again. For the second time in a row, they didn't have the car I asked for (or anything remotely similar). I specifically RESERVED a premium sedan - they didn't have one available. They only had 3 large trucks or a Hyundai SUV. They tried to make me feel good by offering a free upgrade to the Hyundai. Really? An UPGRADE? It was nowhere near what I asked for, but I reluctantly took the Hyundai (I didn't have any other options and needed a vehicle). When I reserve a premium car, I expect to have an option in that same class (or similar). Even though this location is very convenient for me, I will drive further to another brand so I can get what I reserve.
I was in the area for business but it happened to be eclipse weekend and was near impossible to find a rental car! I had to travel a bit from downtown to this location for an available car via the MAX rail but service was great! pick and return were super easy and they were very helpful in giving me advice on scenic byways to check out. I had a great car and great service, easy to get to location, would definitely recommend!
Enterprise has always been my go-to for rental vehicles. This location, like most, is pretty standard. It is quite a bit busier than other locations in the area however, so plan on doing your research ahead of time. They are usually out of vehicles by mid-afternoon, or closing time at the latest. Early arrivals do not help this. It's all about timing the returns at this locale. They have a much better selection here by far, than other locations as well, so it's worth renting here. But again, it's all about timing. I'd give it 4 stars, however the building is quite old, it's a huge hassle to get into their lot, as they are on the corner of probably the busiest intersection in Beaverton (Murray and TV Highway), and the office always smells a bit musty. Staff is great and quite friendly!
