Excellent service and clean vehicles. I found myself at this location because of the Lyft Express Drive Rental option. It was quick, easy and straightforward every time I visited, and the vehicle (a Chevy Impala for me) was perfect for my needs. I'm not a small person and they worked with me to be sure I would be comfortable in whatever I was driving.
Only warning I'll offer....Avoid their extended lot when it has rained a lot! Multiple vehicles were stuck in the mud there the last time I visited. They need to put down some gravel or something.
Used to rent here all the time. Patrick, the old manager, is finally gone. But the woman they hired in his place isn’t any better. (Sarah) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ go to enterprise, they love hearing stories about hertz (and have quite a few of their own) and they really are friendly and want to get you in a car.
Awesome Staff, had no issues with renting a car from Hertz Rental of Beaverton. Great selection to choose from and will rent from this location again.
Please, please, please check with your auto insurance company beforehand and even whilst there to pick up your rental. They'll tell you that your insurance doesn't cover rental and deceive you into purchasing their insurance. I made the mistake in believing them, but after seeing reviews on here decided to call my insurance and they said it absolutely does cover and they didn't understand why they'd say otherwise. Hertz did not reimburse me and on top of that had to drive there so they could check the car rental in order to take the insurance off. Waste of money and waste of time. Never using this company again!
Check your auto insurance policy before renting a car here. Most of auto insurance with your private car should cover damage insurance for rental car as well. Don't waste your money to purchase the damage insurance if your auto insurance company already cover it. Hertz staff told me the opposite so I wasted my money. It was my bad for not confirming with my auto insurance company beforehand. One more thing, this is a small rental center and did not have capacity to make the things right. They charged me the car rental expense without through the auto insurance company. I have to phone the auto insurance company twice to settle my expense. Watch out your credit card statement if you rent a car here. Luckily, my auto insurance company reimbursed the expense quickly. If I did not notice the credit card statement, I would have lost my money.
