So, this place is great EXECPT FOR ONE THING: the only way to contact management is an email address. Currently, half of my family's clothes are LOCKED IN A WASHER and I have no way of contacting anyone to unlock the door for me. Just the email address, which I've never gotten a response to. This happened to a gentleman a few weeks ago (different machine) and I emailed them and never got a response. This is really inconvenient.

The cops are allowed to harass you for doing laundry here. I do not support crime. Harassment is a CRIME evem from the police.

This place is horrible the laundrys stop i was not able to get a hold of the owner so I could get my close out i went back and my close was gone horrible hirrible place to go I even left a note that said will be back machine broke
I love going here. There are hardly any issues with machines and when there are, the owner refunds you upon inspection. Texting doesn't always work from the washers though. I always go here to do large amounts of laundry at once.
