Machines are always in good working condition. Most always neat and clean. Reasonable

They recently remodeled but still no bathroom. The dryers are pretty dated. It's a convenient location.
Close to me and fills my needs. It is usually clean and not crowded. The dryers are lacking in good heat time for the rate.
No bathroom, kinda dirty, have to clean out the lint trap yourself, no air-conditioning
I have met the owner of this place more than once he is great. However I am giving 2 stars due to what seems to be happening. This place due to constantly have all of the cheaper washers full, all being used by one person. I have decided to avoid this place and find another, watching one person use all the cheaper washers gets very frustrating, especially when I only have two loads a week
