I bring my laundry every two weeks to drop off to be washed and folded. I absolutely love the quality of the cleanliness of my clothes when I pick them up. Thank you to the staff at Laura's Laundry for helping a very busy mom with two small kids and a dirty husband stay outfitted in clean clothes.
Ruined our electric blanket by drying it in the dryer and then told us that we don't know how to operate it.
We dropped our electric blanket off to be washed and called their attention to the laundering instructions on the blanket (which say not to dry it all the way in the dryer). When we got it back, it was dry and fluffy and at least half of the coils do not turn on. The owner/manager has told us that he will not refund our money for cleaning or replace the blanket and even told us that we don't know how to operate our own electric blanket. Nope.
Very reasonable wash & fold prices. Good hours. Easy to work with. And great food trucks nearby!
