Overall amazing experience. We ordered a little of this and a little of that to share among the table and ended up with some really tasty food. Simmered meats and vegetables hot pot ish style but in spicy sauce instead of broth (sorry I forget the name) was excellent, the sweet potato noodles were super tasty. We had kimchi jjigae as well, very spicy and flavorful. The banchan was a little bland, but great experience, very authentic.
Super awesome food reminds me of a few places back in the valley. Open late tall beers and when you need the flavor they big it right to the table, if it was closer I would be a regular.
Food was subpar. Service was poor. Awkward atmosphere, the place was freezing, and the cook rocked some Crocs with sweatpants. Not saying Crocs are bad (own a pair myself), but it was interesting to see in a restaurant.
Have been here twice, nothing spectacular. Food flavor is meh, with average size portions. Okay if you're desperate.
Don't let the look fool you. This place seems old and outdated but the food is very good. Highly recommend this place.
