Pleasantly surprised. I grew up with very dirty Chuck E Cheeses. But this one was super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The games were fun. Of course the prizes are cheap but my 2,4 and 6 year old loved their candy and dinky toys. We'll definitely be back soon. There are always coupons online, so bring it with you or show it to the cashier on your phone.
The teenage staff could use more training in customer service. They would walk away from you in the middle of transactions to giggle and whisper with other teenage employees. Really ridiculous.
As far as Chuck E. Cheese's go this one is pretty good. I feel like it's pretty clean and well run. On more than one occasion the manager/owner came around and I felt like there was definitely someone who cares running the place. I also appreciate how they stamp your arm and won't let kids out with an adult who doesn't have a matching stamp.
All the latest technology and games. The staff made my granddaughter feel like a queen. Very friendly and professional staff and the pizza wasn't too bad either.
So pleasantly surprised! My granddaughter had her 6th birthday party here. I was dreading it but it turned out to be fun! There were lots of things for the kids of all ages to do. The staff was friendly, attentive and they did a great job of making the birthday girl feel special. The premises was clean, the food was good and they had accommodations for special dietary needs. I can totally recommend this as a great place for an indoor birthday party.
