Very pleased with the service here. Polite staff and very helpful since my file was transferred to this location. I only put 4 stars because it was kind of a maze to navigate around, but this was because they were changing the showroom pieces. Staff very patient with my 2 girls and got me in and out very quickly. I am happy with my services and will refer others.
Ever see those movies were the loan sharks come beating down the door, ya welcome to that... if you ever rent through them they will hound you. The day our payment is owed the call asking for the money ... if you tell them that your pday is off of the due date and set up a arrangement for ASAP, they will come beat down your door like a cop doing a bust despite it being 8am ..... DO NOT RENT FOR THEM... OR MOR they are owned by the same people.
Miguel has lied to me and has no communication skills at all he will say one thing and do another and is very rude and im very upset to the point cause me anxiety he sold me a used couch set that had bed bugs please dont buy from here im contacting better business and seeking a laywer corporate needs to get on this very unprofessional
They're a bunch of trashy money hungry slobs. No one knows how to run a business down better than the Tigard location off HWY 99. If I could rate negatively, I would. 1-star is still too good for them.
