I had a great experience with the store. Purchased kids furniture twice. Didn't have to have done any repairs, so can't say what their customer service on that.
Far better selection than I was expecting, more important, I liked the furniture a whole lot more.

Although my purchase didn't work out due to a manufacturers defect, the manager was very accommodating. Offered to provide a full refund with no questions. Very good customer service and friendly salespeople. They also had a good variety to choose from.
I love the style, price, and showroom staff. We've purchased several items over the past few yrs and it's been great until we tried to use our purchased extended warranty; we reported an issue with our ottoman through the warranty company the beginning of Jan 2017. The warranty company took 5 months of sending various repair people to try and remedy the issue only to finally determine it wasn't repairable. As of the time of this review (Aug 29) we're still waiting for the replacement piece. The store hasn't done a thing to help us. The store manager claims he has no control over how long it takes for the replacement. All this over a simple leather ottoman......if this were my business, I think I would have figured out a solution by now. We'll never shop there again.
