I'm not sure why this says that the store is closed, but it is very much open. My boyfriend bought me $350 worth of decor from this store on 12/10/16 for my birthday. He went in with a couple of friends who shop here regularly and spend a fortune each visit. The owner helped my boyfriend and knew that the items were a gift for a hard to shop for girl. The receipt clearly states returns are allowed within 2 days. Since the items are not my style at all, I went to return them with the receipt and asked only for store credit so I could pick out something I liked. The owner said that he remembered my boyfriend, but the items were on sale and all sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds. The receipt says that nowhere and he even stated that knowing the items were a gift, he didn't discuss the return policy with my boyfriend. The funny part to this is that the entire store is on sale right now. Literally every item for sale in the store is 25% off, which means absolutely nothing that you purchase from here can be returned or exchanged. We were working with the owner directly. He can do whatever he wants, yet he chose to make his customers unhappy. Nice guy.

We purchased a custom made coffee table ottoman, rug and side table from Scott Directors last summer. Perfect customer service, love the quality of our items. Scott and his wife were lovely to work with and kept us updated on the status of our order and always knew who we were and what we had ordered when we called and answered any questions we had. We will definitely shop here again in the future.
