We had a wonderful sales associate help us out. She never pressured us, she answered all our questions and most importantly she didn't hover. It was a great furniture shopping experience.
We loved the in home service and the personalized styling of our living room. We did have a decent budget, and the store designer Diane did a fantastic job of stayin within our budget. Our living room has come together very beautifully. So why 4 stars? We are still missing one of the pieces. When we placed the order, they did not know that it was back ordered, so much that one of our pieces in our April order will arrive only in October!!!

Very nice customer service in the store. Not too pushy but still very attentive and helpful in sharing the extensive fabrics for choosing custom sofa. Quite a long wait for the delivery of the sofa once fabric was chosen; 4-6 weeks for a standard sofa and chair that they make with a selected fabric, and then delivery contained the wrong fabric on the sofa. Another four weeks, very disappointing.
